Ramadan- how will people survive when dajjal comes?

ok it sounds like a stupid question and I know ur meant to read the first 10 ayats of sura kahf but will it quench thirst or stop famine as people would be too scared to go out to buy anything? And what about people who need medicine like diabetics or asthmatics as nobody will probably be working?
