Please help me understand this horoscope stuff?

I dnt understand when ppl say they have a Sun, Moon, && Rising when they are talking about their horoscopes.. can someone please help me understand this? && also could anyone tell me my full horoscope in that way? here's my info : I was born Sunday, July 25th at 6:12pm.. && also, could anyone explain to me what are the fixed signs, && what exactly does that mean?????
