An old (90's) cartoon with a flaming peel out?

For some reason I have an image of a car either peeling out or just driving off, but the tire tracks are on fire...I know I'm not imagining things, I definitely remember seeing it more than once, but probably about 16 years ago. I'm thinking it was on an old cartoon show from the Darkwing Duck and Tale Spin era. My question is, what show is that from? It's killing me and I really want to know...I know that's kind of a vague question, but that's really all I have to go on. I will be eternally indebted to the person who can quench my curiosity.
