What is the Tensile properties of 0.54% carbon steel which has been oil quenched & (seperately) water quenched?

I have two seperate problems which I am struggling to find anything on the internet, I need to know the yield load (KN), max load (KN), fracture point (KN) and extension (mm) of two medium carbon specimens which have been oil quenched and water quenched then tensile tested.
