So I've got a soccer game tomorrow morning and I'm wondering what can I eat/drink so that I'll have more energy and won't be so tired. My last couple of soccer games I've been really tired and slow for some reason, and usually have to take a break after like 5 minutes. Is there something I can eat the night before? Also I drink gatorade but it does nothing to give me energy, it just quenches my thirst..
