Could I have diabetes?

I am 13 years old. I was just diagnosed with celiac disease and an allergy to soy, dairy and eggs. I have been noticing that I am extremely thirsty most of the time, and nothing quenches my thirst. Yesterday I was shopping with my mom and I got extremely tired suddenly. I did not have the strength/energy to go on. My dad died in January, and he had type two diabetes (which I know is due to lifestyle). Does it seem like I may have diabetes? Or is there some other explanation for this?
