How can i tell what horoscope i am?

i know that im a taurus but i see people saying there a sun taurus or a moon and a whole bunch of other stuff. Also why do people say they are a sun taurus, a moon gemini....etc and they list all of the signs in ethier moon or sun?? plz help me find out what i am im born may 16 1995 at 5:35pm
