Can Tarots or Physics tell me what a person moon sign is?

Can I find out a person's moon sign by tarots or a physic can tell me? This guy I know was either born 1985 or 1986! but he says sometimes he switches back in forth he even says. I do know that he is either 24 or 25! he don't want to tell me his age! long story..sorry, but he is 25 going on 26 OR 24 going on 25. he don't believe in horoscopes! =( & why is it so Important for me to know?, Well.. I'm trying to find out whats his moon sign and the rest of his horoscope signs.. I want to know his personality point of view! I really wanted to know for so long! I don't know what to do though.. any help here?
