Help with magazine please?

Hi, so for my friend I'm making a magazine about us and her and our friendship, but I'm not sure how to do this. I was thinking maybe an Article about her life, her horoscope, but i also want to put in inside jokes and pictures of us, but i don't know how to make it as a magazine. I want it to have all the things of a scrapbook, but i need to connect that to a magazine. Please please please help.
